First time to try SNV Carwash and it did not disappoint. Very very convenient gid cos they have a cafe and a pet grooming salon. I love their pet bird too! Come and visit them! Customer service is very straightforward and waay gid hassle. Thank you, SNV! P.S. namit ila molo!!

This carwash is super affordable, and the service is really quick—we got our car back in about an hour. While waiting, we ate at their coffee shop, which offers a variety of food, from silog meals to pasta, and the coffee tastes great too. The best part is, they also have a grooming station and a small grocery store for all your pet needs.

After looking for a carwash in Bacolod and reading reviews, I settled on SNV. Upon driving in, seeing the absolutely clean and organized facilities, noticing the focused effort by teams of two cleaning the cars already there, and being greeted by the owner, I was really impressed. Adjourning to the adjacent cafe to have breakfast while waiting, I found the same modern, comfortable, and very clean conditions…plus great coffee and breakfast, along with very good service. Able to sit, relax, watch an NBA game, and observe my car being diligently cleaned was a great experience. I also took notice of another part of the business… dog grooming and pet supply. I toured it and encountered the same common thread of exemplary cleanliness and organization staffed by informative and friendly employees. Today, I returned with the family dog and my 4 year old granddaughter, who was so excited when the colorful parrots said hi to her. The grooming on our dog was the BEST ever. Carwash, cafe, dog grooming, facilities, and service…along with great employees and creative owner…All first rate! We will definitely return, again and again.

It was my first time at this shop, and it was recommended by my friend, but it was not a good experience for me., At first everything was fine until they started washing my car. I was sitting inside the guest lounge until I noticed one of your staff cleaning the front windshield. Late ko nlang nakita nga he was like forcing pulling up the wiper blade to clean the glass until nag damage ang paint sang front hood he did it twice pulling my wiper blade by force at first gin mention ko na sa staff indi pag pilita ang wiper kay lain ang way sang pag operate unlike sa other car but he did it again. it was small scratch at first pro daw na bakbak ang paint sang hood kay gin liwat ya pa gd, gina halungan ko ang car ko from any damage or scratches next time please tell your staff nga halungan man ang unit nga gina tinluan nila kag kung indi sila familiar sang unit please ask the owner how to operate the car para likaw sa damage, im a bit disappointed with what happened sa unit ko, Nothing to say about the shop or the staff, but this is just for awareness

Car washer is newbie and they dont have an inspector..low quality services...bad experience, this carwash shop expensive and low quality, not recommended especially to car lovers dont go this carwash shop, they damage the paint of your car because they hired newbie carwasher boy

Excellent place to have your car washed. Aside from the car care services, they also have a cafe offering great tasting food, coffee, and other drinks. Fursclass pet spa and supplies is also available within the same area so you can schedule a care for your car and your pet while indulging yourself in various food choices from the cafe. Their lounge is also open for reservation for events.

The shop applied a glass cleaner that caused significant damage to the windshield, which experts have verified. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter amicably, including contacting customer service, visiting the shop for updates, and speaking with the MOD (Manager On Duty). However, the owner has declined to settle the issue. The last communication I received included the statement: "Good afternoon sir, indi mag settle ang OWNER simo. Report lg kamo if mag report man gid kamo ang abogado nalang nila ma atobang sinyo thank you"
