Nice Day Car Wash Banilad

Visited your Banilad Branch and I’m very disappointed. Dec 31 ko nagpa wash at around 10:30AM and I was told ika 7 ko sa queue, and okay ra jud nako. Nilakaw ko and went back around 2pm and mao pay pag wash sa sakyanan pagka kita nila nako. Wala pa gani ma underwash nor ma vacuum. They reasoned out na naa pa daw nag gamit sa riser, so it was okay with me. Ning lakaw ko to grab lunch and pagbalik nako around 2:30pm, lain na nga sakyanan ang naa sa riser. As I can see around, wala nakoy nakit an nga ka batch nako pag 10:30am na nagpa wash. I asked nganong wala pa underwash and they replied nga naa kuno sa suok ang sakyanan maong giuna lang sa nila ang bag-ong niabot. Sorry, but I feel discriminated.

Single motorcycle took 1 and half hour to finish. Cost you P200. Too long? Because the staff works so slow, keeps chatting.

Had my car washer here a while ago, the guy priced 665 pesos for wash wax and vacuum and under chassis wash. But when I returned to get my car the manager only priced 515 and she said she did not see my under chassis being washed. And I got confused why the guy washing my car preparer change for my money when only the manager is allowed to handle payments. Tsk2

I used to like this place, always tipped the guys, the owner is very nice guy, but the little mafia there decides not to work fast when boss is not around. 4 cars, 7 staff, most just hiding or pretending to look for something, while cars don’t get washed. It’s too bad, maybe they need a supervisor or a drill Sargent to motivate them. But, 1.5hrs during a slow time is not ok.

This a terrible place. Untrained personnel. Your vehicle will suffer swirls. Team work is required. They don't know that once shampoo is applied it needs to be washed off immediately not leave them to dry.
