Nice Day Car Wash

I used to love Nice Day Car Wash before. But now, I DONT THINK THEY VALUE THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE. My last cent is today, one of their staff broke the handle of my car. I'm the one who look for the new part but they told me they will just shoulder all the expenses and they will be the one to repair my car since its their fault. I kept on coming back to the store where I bought the auto part (from their branch to Colon) because the Nice Day Car Wash staff told me that the side of the handle is not correct but eventually, the auto part that was given to me by the supplier is correct (the supplier checked my car himself and it matched). Once I get back to the Nice Day Car Wash, the staff (who broke the handle of my car) even has the guts to ask me for a "labor fee" which frustrates me even more. Now that im home, I checked the trunk of my car and there's still garbages. If only I could give 0 star, I would. NEVER AGAIN. 👎👎👎

Poor service kaayo, naguba akong ingine og phone holder diri walay maski sorry or pasensya. Imbis unta tabangan mi nga ma ok ang ingine nanglimpyo nuon og lain nga sakyanan. Wala pajuy heads up nga naay naguba sa sakyanan like pasagdan rajud ka nga ikaw mismo maka discover!

Parking is shared... Tight squeeze going in/out...

The one I go to for a carwash since they closes late. Php 300 for an Innova - bodywash, vacuum and armor-all which i cannot see or feel the difference without. I 've had better ones and even cheaper but far from where I am usually now. One thing also that works for them is their number of branches or franchises all over Cebu.

They have 10 wash bays, so you almost get serviced asap. There are a lot of food stalls adjacent to it, youcan eat while you have your vehicle washed. The wash part barely passed, I think it is dependent on the individual worker's skill. Cae ended up moderately clean with some spots that could have been done better. There are far better carwashes than this branch.

Customer for over 7 years, always tipped staff, never complained. No longer want my business. Arrived to day and told "only cars". Don't bother bringing your motorbike here, they don't want your money.
