I’ve had two very bad experiences with Autoshine Carwash, and I’m never coming back. First incident: My full coin purse was stolen while my car was with them. They left only a few coins, probably thinking I wouldn’t notice. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. Second incident: After driving far from the shop, I checked the back area of my pickup and realized it was not cleaned at all. There were still dried leaves, dirt, hardened soil, and even an empty mineral water bottle. It was obvious that the trunk area was never touched or washed, despite being included in the service. Overall, terrible experience, untrustworthy staff, and poor quality cleaning. I do not recommend Autoshine Carwash to anyone.
