I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the interior detailing and sanitation service performed on my car during this 3rd week of November 2025 at your Dasma branch. Only one person do the all cleaning procedure, (almost 2 the other one accept carwash procedure in the other car) I paid an additional ₱500 for this service to ensure to make everything clean especially the ceiling, yet the results were unacceptable. Key Issues: Inadequate Staffing: Only one person performed the entire detailing process, which appears insufficient compared to the 3-5 staff members typically reported for this service. This lack of manpower likely led to the poor quality control. Incomplete Cleaning & Persistent Stains: The attached photos show numerous areas that were missed or poorly cleaned: Pillar/Headliner Fabric: The added photo clearly shows extensive discoloration and grime on the light-colored fabric of the pillar and along the headliner edge, indicating a complete failure to clean this highly visible area. Trunk/Rear Carpeting: Still dirty with visible debris in the crevices. Stains Not Removed: A noticeable stain remains on the main headliner surface Door Jams/Hinges: Clearly dirty, indicating they were overlooked during the detail. The final result is a cursory, substandard clean that does not reflect a professional interior detailing service, especially considering the premium price I paid for what should have been a thorough process. I request an immediate response to discuss either a full or partial refund of the service fee, or a complimentary re-detailing to rectify these issues.
