Review: I availed of the VIP car wash service worth ₱2,350, which included Armor All, engine wash, headlight detailing, and more. I was informed it would take around 2 hours, so since it’s located within SM City Mall, I took the time to do some shopping. After 2 hours, I returned to find that they had just started shampooing the car. When I return as they said it's done but When I checked the work, I noticed the Armor All wasn’t applied evenly and the interior hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I pointed it out to the service crew, and one of them immediately worked on it, even mentioning to his companion that it wasn’t done properly. Unfortunately, I had to leave for another appointment and couldn’t wait for them to redo everything. I still left with some areas, particularly the mats, not fully cleaned (as seen in the attached photo). For the price and the time promised, I expected a more professional and timely service. I hope management improves the quality control and supervision to match the premium rate they charge.

Was told that there would be a 2-hour wait. Did our business inside SM (SM City Davao) and got out almost 4 hours after. Lo and behold, hindi man lang nasisumulan pa yung unit. Jusko. Took my keys and left. Service is definitely getting worse at this branch.

They do a terrible job here. We got the VIP wash which included vacuum, engine wash, armor all… they did not use armor all at all, didn’t clean the top of the vehicle and just overall did a bad job. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t pay the workers enough or what. Regardless, it’s their job and therefore they should do it right. Wasted of money. Waste of time.

The WORST service ever. You pay almost 500 pesos for a carwash that doesn’t even look like your car was cleaned. They don’t do anything even if you tell them about your concerns after they finish. The management should do something about this because I haven’t seen a single good review for this carwash.

Terrible service and untrained staff. Don't waste your time or money. Worst car wash I've ever been to.

If your car is Sedan or smaller. If your'e getting usual carwash and buff. Forget going to this carwash. Waited 4 hrs 1 to 4pm and it was cleaned. They prioritized pick-ups ang bigger cars. Very Very poor service
