I ordered through SM Markets online (SM Hypermarket Ormoc). The ordering process was smooth, and I was immediately notified about out-of-stock items, which was helpful. However, there were issues with the Ormoc branch in terms of delivery coordination and customer service response. My delivery was scheduled for 11AM–1PM but arrived late at around 3PM. I had to personally follow up with both the branch and customer service, and there was a delay in getting a clear response until it was escalated. It also seemed there was a lack of proper coordination and training on handling delivery concerns. There was also a delay in processing the refund for the out-of-stock items. I was informed it would be completed once the order status was marked as "completed," but the system remained on "delivered" for several days, and the refund only came after about 4 days. Overall, SM Markets online is convenient, but the Ormoc branch has opportunities to improve in delivery timeliness, communication, coordination, and refund processing to provide a better customer experience.

The SM Mall in Ormoc is quite impressive. My experience was playing the quantum game and I also love eating at Ribshack.

Très très bien ce supermarché, bien rangé, les produits se trouvent très facilement, on peut même trouver des produits européens ou encore australien , ce qui est un vrai plus dans ce supermarché, personnel super agréable. Bien content d'avoir trouvé ce supermarché

Positive: - There are imported and local products that can sometimes only be found in the grocery store - There are appliances, housewares, etc also available Negative: - Stock of the items are limited - The aisles are smaller than other groceries - There are small cockroaches everywhere, I do not understand why
