I availed their car wash service on May 18, 2026 at around 9:30 AM. My vehicle is a 5-seater crossover, and I was the 2nd car in the slot. I was also the first customer in the lounge area, the AC was still off and had to request the staff to turn it on. What disappointed me most was the workflow and quality control. A 3rd car, which was a larger 7-seater SUV, was finished ahead of my vehicle. Later, my car and the 4th car were finished at the same time, and it honestly felt like if I had not complained, the 4th car would have been prioritized over mine as well. I also noticed several concerning detailing practices: - The car was left wet after soaping and rinsing before drying, which can lead to water marks. - Instead of drying immediately, they proceeded to clean the interior first. - They used rough cloths for drying, which can cause swirl marks on the paint. - The wheels were not thoroughly cleaned. - I found dirt marks on the fenders, indicating some areas were missed during washing/wiping. I raised these concerns to the supervisor, but my report initially felt downplayed instead of properly acknowledged. Considering this is one of the most expensive car wash/detailing shops in the area, I honestly expected much better attention to detail, process, and customer service.

Drive Right service is good and they even have packages that are definitely worth your money because of the quality of their work and you will definitely come back.

Excellent work, fast and 99% clean .
