Rusi Motorcycle Showroom Alaminos

Working with Customer service & support can be trying at times. The mechanic are very busy and only 2 or 3 mechanic on site. It is best to show up early in the morning to have any services done to your motorcycle if needed. The customer service rep that works on all sales and paperwork is also very busy. being that there are only two 2 or 3 that may be available for processing your your sales receipt & registration paperwork. It is best to pay in cash for the full amount especially if you are a foreigner. The downside is awaiting for your registration & plate number to come in takes a very long time due to the shortage of manpower. getting you the paperwork and a license plate for your temporary plate made and sent back to the dealership. You have to keep checking back with customer service each month on your temporary registration. It only good for one month if you have to return back to get it reissued for another month. So you don't get a ticket either through the LTO OFFICER or the local police authorities. In other words you have to be patient and keep checking back as much as possible to see if your life is plate and your registration is complete. Location can easily be seen from the main road.
