My Honda Click was registered with LTO in March 2022, but until now year 2025 of september, the branch has not released my original plate number. My installment is almost fully paid and always updated, yet every time I follow up, I receive no clear response. As per LTO, the plate should be released by the dealership. Unfortunately, the office staff seem to be disregarding customer requests, which are supposed to be part of their responsibilities. I respectfully request that this matter be given immediate attention and properly addressed.
Walked in last week to buy a new Honda Click 125. They had one left in the color I wanted!! Great team working there, super nice and helpful! In and out the door in under 2 hours! Had the bike delivered and that was smooth as well (same day). Fantastic experience. definitely will buy there again!
Don’t buy motorbike here. After we paidthe motorbike in cash, they don’t care about aftersales at all. We cant renew the motorcycle because they have not uploaded the data to the lto systems. by the time we were due for renewal, they will just wash their hands and said they have not uploaded the registration. After one year? You still have not gotten your act together and did your job? So what are you waiting? Clients are suffering from late registrations because of tour inefficiency! This is a useless company. No customer service whatsoever. Please Save yourself trouble do not buy at motorworld! 2 months of following up for uploading of data and still no response they do not pickup phone call in landline and mobile so disappointing!
