My scooter has been in their shop since February 18, 2025. The issue was something on the wiring until their mechanic tried to fix and then the same thing happened again.. the second time they tried to fix it, it got the scooters' ECU fried.. Now they asked me if I can wait for a few days (initially I offered to purchase the ECU and give the half of the cost as agreed) but it's more than a month already - no text or call, just literally NO UPDATE. I don't know but it makes me sad that for 3 years that I paid the monthly amortization, and maintained it, only to be neglected outside their shop under the heat of the sun and rain.
