At around 4:30 PM today, there were only two customers ahead of me in line for payment. Despite that, it took nearly an hour and they still hadn’t finished processing even one customer. That means a single transaction can take 45 minutes to over an hour, which is simply unacceptable for something as basic as payment processing. The main issue is their extremely outdated system. Everything feels slow and inefficient, as if they’re still using technology from decades ago. Even their equipment, including the printer, looks very old and clearly contributes to the delays. Customer service also needs serious improvement. Staff do not seem to manage queues effectively, and no additional cashiers are opened even when the line is building up. Customers are left waiting far longer than necessary with no sense of urgency from the team. What’s most disappointing is that this has been the same experience for years already. There has been little to no effort to improve their systems or streamline their process. This business really needs to modernize its operations and improve how it handles customers. Otherwise, the experience will continue to drive people away.

They just let us pass the requirements. But nothing happened. Just nothing. No calls and texts. Thank you.
