The Rental Supervisor demonstrates unprofessional behavior in handling installment collections, often resorting to harassment that emotionally distresses customers. This kind of conduct can damage customer trust and hinder your company’s sales growth. Specifically, this certain rental supervisor has shown unethical practices in communicating payment procedures. Rather than guiding customers appropriately, she resorts to intimidation, which may leave them feeling traumatized—behavior that is inappropriate for someone in her role. Additionally, her choice of language is unrefined and often includes offensive words, similar to that of a street vendor, especially when customers are unable to make timely payments.
