Bad customer service. Napakadami hinihinge pagkatapos ka paghintayin ng ilang araw at padami ng padami requirements puro idadahilan credit nila. Oo o hindi lang sana tas yung unit binigay na pala sa iba. Sa iba na lang kayo maginquire mabubwiset lang kayo. Check nyo pic ng convo namin para makita nyo kabastusan nila aba naglaughing emoji pa.

Mabilis mag release ng unit sobrang bagal mag release ng or/ce

Bakit ang tagal ng OR, CR ng aking motor. Binili ko ito sa inyo last Dec. 18, 2018 hanggang ngayon (Feb. 25, 2019) wala parin..ang sabi nyo 1 month lang ang OR, CR

Kahit fullpaid kana sa previous mo motor denied padin sa new application😅😅😅

My father went to the shop to check on the OR/CR since we paid cash for the motorcycle. He asked the receptionist about it, but it wasn’t available yet. Then he asked if he could get the OR/CR from the LTO. The manager came over to explain but became irritated and disrespectful to my father when he asked questions, even arguing with him, despite him being a senior citizen. Meanwhile, the mechanic were often on their phones instead of helping my father with the oil change. Please address the inappropriate behavior of your staff, who seem to choose which customers to assist. Thank you.
