I experienced poor customer service and subpar parts sales at this store. The salesgirl does not issue an official receipt unless you repeatedly ask for it. On one occasion, I purchased scooter oil with a price tag of 350 pesos, but the salesgirl bundled it with gear oil and told me the total was 450 pesos—without asking me first. Individually, the gear oil costs only 50 to 60 pesos, which means there was an overcharge of 40 to 50 pesos. I ended up cancelling the gear oil purchase. Be cautious when buying parts, especially oil, from this store.
Staff are well trained / they know their products well. Yet they keep on telling promises about the papers, I was promised that I would get my OR and CR within 2-3 months. It's been 4 months since my unit has been released and yet the OR is still being held by them. How incovenient, is it because I purchased my unit thru cash and not via installment? I don't get it. I even advised the one who assisted me to inform me once papers are ready (PNP clearance / was the other a sales report) so I can process this on my own. Then when I aske what's with the delay they'll tell me it's because of LTO and the lockdown? Come on, got any other lies to tell your customers? This is so disappointing, stop pointing fingers and just admit your mistakes! Update: 3 years and counting and I'm still waiting for my plates, nice after service!
poor customer service. didn't care if we waited 30mins on the cashier. they are not doing anything.
High in Price but One of the best honda motorcycle mechanic works here.
