Motormate Cagayan de Oro Motorcycle Parts, Tires, and Accessories

Got my motorcycle serviced superb service and totally worth the fee + quality work = happy customer here. Highly recommend for anyone in Cagayan de Oro needing reliable and fair motorcycle maintenance! 👍

Visited this motor shop thinking they have good service. From the outside, it looks like they did. There is none that says it is exclusively for Yamaha motorcycles only, so I brought a non Yamaha motorcycle for a check. I noticed there were other brands on the lifter being served. To my dismay they declined us services or to sell us spare parts.

very disappointed with Motormate’s service. my boyfriend availed your package 1 cleaning and paid a significant amount, expecting professional and safe work and when he got home and checked his motorcycle, several bolts were loose and some were completely missing. this is extremely dangerous. motorcycles are not toys, loose or missing bolts can cause serious accidents. what if something had happened to him on the road because of your careless work? who would be responsible then? It honestly felt like the motorcycle was just played with, not properly serviced. for a paid service, this level of negligence is unacceptable. customer safety should always come first, and sadly, this experience showed a serious lack of responsibility and quality control. i hope management takes this seriously before someone gets hurt.
