customer service needs improvement. Been here around 12:18 in the afternoon to buy a helmet. I saw one of the guy staff is inside the store, and i think his having their lunch i supposed(not sure) but if it is, there are no notes saying that they are on a lunchbreak. The only note posted on the glass door was "kumatok po muna bago pumasok" and " naka lock po ang pinto" so i guess customers are still welcome to enter the store. So i knocked onto the glass door, then the guy inside looked at me and pointing onto something that he's doing and i guess what he tries to say is that he is eating or having his lunch break. (Everyone deserves a break at work ofcourse i fully understand that) but in that scenario i felt i was neglected? So i just walked away very dissapointed. Maybe it is better instead of showing hand signals that i'm not quite sure of the message that he wants me to have, he should have just approached me outside and tells me the reason why i can not go inside the store, if it is their break or they are busy doing some task, I will understand it. Hope you improve your customer sevice nextime.
Kind and prompt response. Friendly and accommodating staff. Bought an LS2 here. Thank you! 5/5
