Rusi Motorcycle

I purchased a Rusco less than a month ago from Calbayog. The owner of Rusi, Catarman was there that day picking something up. I was told, and in writing, that 1month maintenance was included, parts were not. I was also told that I could get my free maintenance done at Rusi, Catarman. This was a lie, and when I took my Rusi within 30 days for an oil change, I purchased the oil and filter from across the street (excellent customer service there btw) as instructed. I then brought my Rusco (excellent purchase from Calbayog) over to Rusi, Catarman, and got the oil change done done. The mechanic was very friendly, but once it came to payment of the $300 pesos, I was told that the free maintenance was not included. When I spoke to the owner, who I had already met in Calbayog, he simply said that the work was already completed, and that I would have to pay anyways. He also said, that in order to honor the free maintenance, I should have contacted him personally first; yet nowhere in my documents does it state this. TERRIBLE SERVICE, & the owner and almost all the employees were NOT WEARING MASKS!
