G. caneda's motorcycle repair and machine shop

I hope the owner is reading this. I had a Bad experience. They repack the front suspension on my bike but it was not properly installed. I hear knocking sound on the front suspension. The knot was losen. I already traveled 20km plus already in south Carcar when I noticed it was losen. I was priced for 1700 for the service which is overpriced. I brought my bike to Kawasaki GUD they were able to fix the knocking on suspension issue. The fee for Kawasaki GUD is for the repair for the same issue (front suspension repack) is only 700 pesos. G Caneda's service is twice Kawasaki yet they weren't able to fix it. Before I went to the shop I called the owner and asked how much is their service fee or charge but he didn't respond he said I can bring the bike at their shop and we can discuss/negotiate/haggle after. He took advantage of my situation since he knows that it was urgent and Kawasaki GUD Cebu's mechanic wasn't available at that time. I called the owner to complain but he was not willing to settle the matter, I requested for a partial refund but didn't respond. He was saying harsh words on me. Maldito ni tigulang na tag iya ani na shop. I will not recommend this shop. Adto mo sa lain.

The employees here are friendly and welcoming. The mechanics here are experienced and trusted. I came here to fix my bent front shocks, they've fixed it very well. They've straightened the shocks and it did a good performance when I drove my bike. In addition, the mechanics here are good at explaining too, and also added suggestions in properly maintaining my motorcycle.

I came here to fix the rear fender bracket of my click 150i v2 last 12/7/22 3pm. plus instead of aligning it by removing it first. the machinist insist of hitting it with a hammer and the result is the wiring harness cover broke. I told him to remove it and maybe heat it with acetylene or removing it from the motorcycle then you can hit it slowly. he didn't cover the bracket with cloth and just hit it. when he install the left and right winker he install the rubber sealant or water outlet upside down causing the rain or water to get stuck. also the stanley reflector, I also bought a new rear fender but when he install it it did not go back to the original position. the machinist told me its because you had a motorcycle accident. so I went to my friend's motorcycle shop to fix this near usc. j alcantara st. they fix the rear winker. after this I went to a honda service center to have a second opinion and they told me the rear fender bracket is not well align. then I bought a new one finally the rear fender or mud guard is back to alignment! the honda shop is in Pajo lapu2 city.
