So basically I needed my honda click ball race changed. Ball race set ₱ 714 Labour ₱ 800 Experience was good first you need to book an appointment afterthat you need to come early in the morning 8:30 to get it changed and serviced. You can sit in the aircondioned showroom and enjoy the view of your bike getting serviced. Labour charges are displayed at service area. I am giving 4 star because for the work I found labour charge to be high in my case other than that they are really nice and supportive.

During my visit for maintenance, I noticed that several employees arrived late, which caused delays and inconvenience to customers waiting for assistance. In addition, the staff were not accommodating and lacked proper customer service. Concerns and inquiries were not handled professionally, making the overall experience frustrating. I am also concerned about the level of technical knowledge demonstrated by some of the mechanics, especially regarding major maintenance procedures. As a customer, I expect qualified and knowledgeable personnel to properly handle motorcycle servicing to ensure safety and reliability. I hope management will take immediate action to improve employee professionalism, punctuality, customer accommodation, and technical competency. Customers deserve respectful and quality service consistent with the Honda brand.

We got our Honda PCX here over 5yrs ago and we went back to check their ADV. The security guard remembered us and was very friendly. We looked around with two other people there. There were 2 staff sitting at the counter, another 2 sitting by the couch and 2 staff at the big bikes. None of them greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. Though we don't want to be followed around, we expected at least a "hello" or "let us know if you need anything". We approached the lady at the counter to get information and left. It could use a little bit of warmth and customer service.

We bought a Honda ADV 160 and paid cash. To be honest it was so much easier and faster than it would have been in the United States. The salesman who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a little bit of a language barrier for me going over all of the paperwork but that's my problem not theirs, luckily my girlfriend was with me to help out. The only negative thing that I can say is that the registration for the scooter is not finalised and could take a couple of months so we can't drive the scooter but that's not the dealerships fault it just is what it is when buying in the Philippines. I would 💯 recommend this Honda dealership.
