Purchased a Samsung Split Unit AC May 2022 for about ₽31,000 cash. The unit stopped working on April 19th, 2023, called about service work, and the installer never returned our call or text. We went to the store to speak with DES marketing about warranty services they said it's within 1 years warranty and had us fill out a warranty card for repairs. Went back one month later on May 18th to ask if we had an appointment date, and they called the technician and asked him to stop by the 19th of May because he would be in the area doing work. The technician told DES that he would stop, but he did not show up and did not call or text. Very disappointed with the service from DES Marketing in Borongan. I would not recommend buying expensive serviceable equipment from DES ,marketing there are other shops in the area with technicians and free installation. Cash purchases made at DES Marketing in Borongan since April 2022.
