Bad service at all!!!!! specially the staff!!!!!! they are not professional!!please management you need action for your staff nakapag seminar ba yan bago magtrabaho jan pagmagtanong ka ang susungit!!! mas mabuti pa nga yung guard niyo jan naacomodate niya kami pero my isang babae jan ahente akala mo kung sino!!! day bawas bawasan mo yung kaartihan mo ha!!!!

Matagal mag release ng plate number. . Mabait lang pag bibili ka. After that magtatanung ka about plate dika aasikasuhin. 7months na po ang motor ko wala parin plate.

I went to your Brach Tacurong city yesterday and I encountered very bad costumer service. First , I asked the lady wearing black shirt with blue Jeans. I said; Ma’am where is your helmet? She told to go that window and ask them while pointing her finger to that direction. Second, When I was in the window corner , I asked guy if you have another helmet model , then he brought me new one which is good. After I asked him how much the cash spot of Baja then replied me , go to the security guard. Ah! What ? Why should I ask the security guard? His job is to maintain the peace and secured establishment not salesman. The lady was seems too busy talking with your security guard while sitting pretty. I don’t know if they are coupled but any how I don’t care. The lady must not used a finger nail as pointing direction to his/her costumer. We hope the management is aware of these attributes staff.
