Very disappointing and frustrating experience. A motorcycle was purchased in October 2022 and until now the official LTO plate has still not been released. Multiple follow ups have been made since August 2024, both in person and through phone calls. The explanation given was that the plate would be requested in Davao, yet there has been no clear update, no timeline, and no resolution. The customer service has been terrible. There is no urgency and no accountability. Repeated visits were required just to ask for updates. Because of this ongoing issue, unnecessary leave from work had to be filed several times just to follow up in person, and the problem is still not resolved. For a working individual from a simple family, being absent from work is not easy. It costs money, time, and effort. This situation does not help families who are simply asking for what is rightfully theirs after fully paying their obligations. This level of after sales service is unacceptable. Customers deserve better handling, transparency, and responsibility.

Pinaka worst nga customer service nga akong na experience. Basta makabenta ra sila, maayo kaayo. Pero kung after sales na, murag wala na kay bili. Walay klarong tubag, walay accountability, puro ra saad. Murag dili customer ang trato kundi perwisyo. Kung naa kay concern, ikaw pa ang mag sige ug follow up, ikaw pa ang mag adjust. Kung kabalo pa lang ko ani daan, dili gyud ko mag transact diri. Customers deserve respect ug tarong nga serbisyo, dili kay puro lang sales talk unya walay action kung naa nay problema.

This place has terrible customer service and only cares about making the sales of getting more and more money out of the customer. Don't dare miss a warranty appointment by even one day and they will void your warranty instead of giving the customer of a major purchase a curiosity phone call but before you ever purchase the bike they wouldn't stop calling you to buy from them. They need to care more about there loyal customers for the future but I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

I bought cover parts for 1600 and was asked to pay 500 to install the cover parts. The in charge did not check it and just quote the price, funny how overpriced they are considering labor is 30 percent of the total cost. You can buy parts here but don't go to there service center! When I went to another shop, they only ask me to pay 200 to install the parts.
