I love my motorcycle. Getting the paperwork from LTO...well that's a different story. The staff is helpful and so far thw service is good.
All are helpful and friendly. Thanks for the service 😁
GOOD QUALITY SERVICE. . VERY SATISFYING
Very accomodating and professional. Great service!
Fast approval and good service
very bad customer service after sold me a motorcycle, no reply on messages and phonecall. cannot be worse, never made experience like this, bought already 2 times a new motobike in motorcycle city but would never again
I bought a second hand ninja 650 year 2022 model. Until now, the LTO plate number is not release yet. I do regularly follow it up thru text message and the receptionist courteously answer me. But when I was able to get the number of their LTO liaison officer, I tried contacting her but instead, she drop my call twice and did not reply to my text messages. I'll still do the follow up even she wont reply. After sales is a big drawback of almost all the vehicle dealers here in the Philippines....my personal experience and opinion...
