GUD Moto Trading, Inc. - North Road Branch

The staff are extremely courteous and professional. The very kind young lady is researching my parts availability while the gentleman installs my license plate. Meanwhile, I was greeted and helped by the kind staff in the showroom. They nicely offered me a glass of Water and was an overall the best experience in any motorcycle shop I've ever been to. Thank you...

Took my wife's scooter down for an oil change. Only interaction I really had was initially with the mechanic. While I sat in the showroom waiting every other employee was face down on thier phone. Not a word of lite communication happen. Literally every employee was just sitting around on thier phone at 1030am.

Terrible customer service. They didn't bother at all when I walked in. They saw me but just kept looking at their phones. When I inquired about a Kawasaki model they were not helpful. Rather rude. As if he was upset that I'm interested in a model they currently hadn't in stock. Had to travel to Cebu to get the Kawasaki I was looking for. They had it at GUD in Cebu but I chose another dealership after my experience here.

We can definitely recommend this place! We went to a total of seven dealers and this is where we finally bought our bike. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. A five star service compared to other places. We are absolutely satisfied, many thanks to the team!

My friends where i bought both my Kymcos KTR & K-Pipe. Mechanics have always been a first rate providing excellent care.

Lazy staff. Walk in store and they don't get out thier chair or off thier phone to help you . Maintenance staff are better.

Bust in service dept so need to return.
