Yamaha 3s Shop - Motor Ace Philippines, Inc. (Dumaguete City Branch)

Very nice people didn't buy anything because they didn't have what I was looking for but would buy off them quick if they did because of the sales team attitude

I had a great experience here. The customer service is great and mechanic took the time to show me around the bike. He explained everything very well. Took it in for its first oil change and was in and out in no time. As of now i will buy from them again. Keep up the great work and keep improving. Thank you.

Employees more worry about their launch instead clients. I bring bike after accident for diagnostic, order spare parts and repair. Mechanic guys sad they cant do anything, cuz no spare parts and need to be ordered, but they cant order cuz of covid, and dont know the price. Miracle is that in other Yamaha dealer near Sibulan works good persons, who told me anything I need and make order for spare parts without problems. So better use other Yamaha shop.

I was shocked by this company at the beginning I was told that there was no oil and filter for my bike. Then the guy who changes the oil took money from me to buy oil elsewhere. I ended up pouring my old oil back on me and charging 60 pesos for it.
