Vicgin Motor Parts & General Msde.

I recently visited this vulcanized shop to have a pair of auxiliary lights installed on my motorbike. Initially, the work seemed satisfactory, so I decided to trust them with installing a new battery as well. They assured me that the battery was of excellent quality, and I believed them. However, just a few hours after leaving the shop, I encountered several issues. The new battery wouldn't start the bike unless I jump-started the engine. Additionally, the entire electrical system began buzzing, with the auxiliary lights being the worst affected. Upon inspecting the installation myself, I discovered that the auxiliary lights were not installed properly, and the overall quality of the work was terrible. Despite charging me 200 pesos for their services, the shop delivered subpar work that has now left my motorbike in worse condition than before. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promise of a quality battery, but their poor installation has also caused me additional headaches. Now, I have to spend more time and money to fix the mess they created. I strongly advise against using this shop for any motorbike services. They have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and competence.
