I am an employee at a BPO company located in SM Strata. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the new 30 pesos per day parking fee. This policy feels unreasonable given that our company already pays a significant amount in rent for this space. An additional 600 pesos per month is a heavy financial burden for employees who are simply trying to earn a living for their families. I urge the management to reconsider this policy and show more consideration for the workforce.
Part of the ground floor is the "terminal" for Leganes jeepneys. There are 2 eating places, Akamon and Seoul Cafe, and a small Savemore store. One hack is to shop here for groceries of SM City. The queue to the cashier is short.
Good parking spot for mall goers.
GREAT FACILITY IF ONLY ELEVATORS ARE NOT ALWAYS BROKEN OR HAS SYSTEM ISSUE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5.
The SM Mart here is eh... There was 1 cashier and 1 bagger working while 29 employees sat around on their phones (yes I counted)
Staff is nice but there's always an issue with the elevators. During peak hours, the line can get as long as up until the parking lot.
A convenient place to park your car, there's always space. One thing though, I hope the elevators get fixed.
