I droped my bike to report 2 issues that are under warranty in January 2023. The bike that time was still under warrany, from January 2023 I kept on following with the dealer if the parts were received. I was advised that the parts are on back order in the USA and it will take time. In May 2024 I was advised that the parts received and I can drop the bike to replace them, which I did. When the bike service complete they told me that I have to pay for the parts and labor since the warranty expired. I told them that its not my problem that there are No parts available at the time the bike was under warranty! Apparently they have a very bad process on ordering warranty parts and it seems that Harley USA refused to grant approval on the parts under warranty since the dealer here order the parts lately. Not sure why the customer has to suffer from a bad operational internal process! I had an earlier bad experience buying a bike from them but I opted to service my bik3 there because the excellent Experienced mechanic there!

They assured me of a voucher, but after purchasing the unit, they suddenly couldn't "find" it in their inventory. I messaged them about the voucher, but they left me on read. Be careful when buying from this dealership.

I bought a unit from them April this year and until now still haven’t got the plate number. I bought two units from other brands, for less than a month I got the plate number. I think after they got your money they just don’t prioritize your needs as a customer anymore. Only sales is important for them, couldn’t even talk to the manager, everytime I asked for the manager, the staff always block me to speak to him. Be mindful on buying on this dealership very poor after sales customer service.

After Seale no service I need hiring a lawyer for my or/cr the manager the don't car of the costumer. Right now the complain in LTO, DTI, everything Handel by lawyer
