Yung mga mekaniko d2 mababait at madaling iapproach. Yung mga admin lang talaga mas lalo n yung sa parts na lalaki. Parang ayaw magpaistorbo. The only reason na bumabalik ako d2 is yung service ng mekaniko

Just sharing my experienced 2 months ago. Technician deal to alot of person coming in,thats why it took 3 hours to fix my motor. We are 3rd in line but we are the last one to fix( No major repair)they are very good in selling but when i comes to after sales service, worst ever.my last 2x visit there, for maintenace,they are always run out of reciept, i cant imagine a store with out a reciept. Im paying something and the teller would tell me they dont have reciept. One guy told me to wear faceshield. Evem him didnt follow their rule, he has faceshield on his head not on his face. 😪hopefully that would be my last vist there.id rather go to other branch

The technician is to lazy to remove my muffler to change my rear brake so he did is inflate my tire and push my muffler a bit so he can remove the old brake and slightly scratches on my mugs .. very unprofessional NEEDS TO RETRAINING

The staffs are not accommodating.

When we were looking before for a brand new unit the employees didn’t even bother to entertain us it’s like we’re just ghosts, there was not a lot of customers that time they just didn’t bother to accomodate us.

MY EXPERIENCE IN YAMAHA IMUS IS VERY BAD. EMPLOYEES IS S NOT HOSPITABLE. THEY ARE NOT ENTERTAINING COSTUMERS. ESPESIALLY THE GUY ON THE DESK. I JUST WANT TO ASK WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE AND DETAILS ON THE MOTORCYCLE AND SOON TO BUY IT IN CASH. BUT NO ONE ENTRLERTAIN TO MY REQUEST. SO I WENT OUT AND CANCEL TO BUY A YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE. ACTUALLY THE DAY IS 05/08/2021. YOU CAN CHECK YOUR CCTV STARTING AT 04PM ONWARDS. I HIGHLY DON'T WANT TO RECOMMEND COSTUMERS TO GO AT THAT STORE. SORRY, BUT, I REALLY JUST WANT TO EXPRESS MY EXPERIENCE.
