Motortrade Kawit

Poor customer service. We bought a motor fully paid. 1st Delivery- was supposed to be delivered ng morning, since kami first client, pero naghintay kami til hapon. Nakiusap pa kami n agahan kasi pang gabi kami. Naka 3 follow up pa kami bago ihatid. 2nd - rude manager. Since kakaopen nila, nagamit namin parking slot nya. You need to go back s store para hingin pero issend dn naman nila s email.

Pero last payment kame e.

Walang kwenta.

So far so good. This is my 2nd bike I'm buying from them and the employees treat me well. I recommend them to the American community in the Philippines. The only thing is that this company needs to invest in Acs for all their locations. They shouldn't make their employees and customers sweat so much! But I guess that's normal here in PH...

I only go here to pay for my monthly. They sometimes recommend what's best for maintenance as well. They don't force you but they suggest and tell you what is next. One time I couldn't pay for oil, they recommended a cheaper one, to be fair I was way overdue for an ool change.
