KTM Las Piñas

Great customer service. Kahit last minute buy inasikaso pa din ako kahit extended sila. 👍👍👍

Booked in for 15k service. Sandra was quick to give me pricing and help me make appointment. Staff are friendly, shop is clean and mechanic are friendly and helps that they talk to you and ask questions about your ride. My mechanic was Brian, very friendly and helpful and passionate about bike. Will come back for my next service and recommend to other KTM riders

I just Purchased a 2025 390 Adventure R today and did it from the USA with the assistance of my brother-in-law. I started this process in April or May of this year by leaving a deposit for when the KTM was available in the Philippines. I stated with Jokas as my salesperson at AVB and ended up with Sandra as my final salesperson. BOTH of them were absolutely awesome to deal with especially as an American having to deal from long distance. Timely response and in fact quicker and better responses than I would ever expect especially with the time differences involved. If any foreigner or local that wants a motorcycle in or around Manila I would definitely shop here and not bother to look anywhere else.

Took my Husqvarna for service and they did a great job. People were friendly.

If you want to experience the worst service center for your bike, then this is the place to go. Service technician Bryan is your worst nightmare. You bring your bike in great shape, and this guy will destroy it and he will make sure that it’s "your fault". My firsthand experience with this guy. My bike was in 100% working condition and was brought in for first mandatory PMS, then Las Piñas service center (specially Bryan) gave me more than four months of headache after they took my bike under their custody and mess it up. I will never ever come back to this place. They will lie to you in every way they can and blame you for the mess they made.

Great service. Mechanics here know what their doing. They handled a warranty claim on my ktm. Motorex oil is finally available also.

The 2nd KTM Dealer I visited just like the 1st in Cubao they are not very attentive to a walk in customer you won't know who's who the approach as they are quite busy in their own personal errands that gives me vibes that say stay away from this brand I was much interested in KTM Duke 390 2024 model as it's promising new tech as well as 24 Months Warranty but with that kind of vibes i rather stay away and buy a second hand KTM Duke 390 2023 Model at least an out of dealership casa exist that you can run with much more attentive vibes
