Yamaha 3S Shop - New Nemar

I've had the worst experience of ( all yamaha services)in this branch. It was stressful magbalik balik dito kasi they always ran out of stock ng oils. First change oil ko umabot na ng first 1500km dahil kada balik ko it's either walang mechanic, (i mean bakit walang karelyebo ang mekaniko???) or walan oil. Jusko kami pa inutusan bumili ng oil somewhere eh bago lang kaminh lipat sa lipa.

Ma pride mga mekaniko nila sila na may mali sila pa galit kc nagalit ako sa gawa nila di na nga naayos sira ng motor kulang kulang pa mga turnilyo. At sabi pa ng manager wag na daw ako mag pagawa dun sa tingin nyo babalik pa ako jan? E di nga kayo nag sorry sa abala na ginawa nyo sakin

Hello, I usually don’t give out reviews in places but this shop has got to be one of the worst when it comes in customer service and satisfaction. I’ve recently bought an nmax techmax from them last december 2, 2025. The people there were extremely rude and sarcastic, with a little touch of condenscending up until the moment I said I was gonna pay cash, now you might say I’m a little petty for that but I let that slide. It was today when I had to tow my motorcycle because the battery was dead. First, they ridicule my parts for being ugly and cheap, second, the hairline scratches that were on my visor, they said that it won’t be removed,and insisted me to buy a new one, coming from one of their mechanics, clearly misinforming me. Because guess what? I have worked in finishing and quality assurance for airplanes and a little wet sanding will do the trick. You should not be telling people lies like that, imagine how many more customers who don’t know a thing will fall for that, just because the mechanic says so. I hope the manager and his staff changes their way in handling customers. I would not recommend you purchasing your new motorcycle with your hard earned money in this store.

Very pleased with this shop. From the moment I stepped in to their store I was well taken cared of until I got my unit. They accept cards as a payment method which is very convenient. Got my OR in a week, and CR + plate in 2 days after receiving my OR, total 13 days including weekends. Keep it uo!
