Dear Honda Motor World team, Good Day po! I would like to let you know that the motor that I purchased/assumed from the HONDA Calicanto, Batangas branch. I was one of their customers that assumed a MC unit Click 125 fi/Blue, engine # JA46E7012491, frame # MH1JA467JK012419, color Blue and the previous owner was Mrs. Faustina Manalo. I started paying last March 2019 in installment basis amounting to 3728.00 for three years or 36 months and paid the remaining months September, October, November, December and January amounting to 18,580.00 under OR # 24954 last August 26, 2021 for the total pay. However, I've started to assume the MC Click 125fi. Me and Mr. Ronnie Tinio AKA "CALBO" Branch Manager having a conversation witnessed and heard also by Ms. Joena Bautista who is my live-in partner, the subject MC I will assume Mr. Tinio said: There's no problem, sir, it's up to me to transfer in your name if the amount is paid in full. That's why I was constrained and trustful of what Mr. Tinio said, even though I wanted to get a brand new Motorcycle in those times because what I really wanted was the unit in my name. January 7, 2021 yesterday around 16OO onwards I thought to go to the store branch of honda calicanto, Batangas to find out what has been the status of the transfer of ownership of my MC. Upon entering the said store I saw Ms. Gladys sitting down in the front desk. So I talked to her and asked for an update on the transfer of ownership. Then she call up Mr. Tinio using the company phone issued to find out what has been the transfer update since she haven’t any idea on what me and Mr. Tinio talked about when I purchased the MC. During the conversation Ms. Gladys hand over the cellular phone to me to talk to Mr. Tinio personally and saying: Pare there is a memorandum that dropped all repossessed motors and the transfer is not the shoulder of Honda only if you are the first owner. EH BAKIT HInDi SiNABi AGAD. Honda Motor world Calicanto, Batangas branch you made me a fool, you made me hope for nothing. I am very much disappointed in you. This is not the end of what I want to happen. I want you to give me what you promised me.
