Ano na yamaha cavite city puro na lang follow up ginagawa ko pero parang wala kayong action ilang taon o months paba pra sa PLAKA at insurance ko

got my motorcycle on loan from this dealership Yamaha Cavite City Branch, and while the motorcyle is fine, the customer service really needs improvement. The cashier is rude and doesn’t even try to be polite. One time, we were already in line, but she let others go ahead of us — what’s the point of the queue then? The supervisor isn’t friendly either. On top of that, they often ask for the exact amount because they don’t have change, which is super inconvenient. And worst of all, their system is *constantly* offline, so we end up wasting time coming back just to make a payment. Honestly, not the kind of service you'd expect when you're making monthly payments. Hope they improve soon.

Successfully bought a motorcycle unit in this branch. Staff is helpful and approachable. They also assist you even after you purchased.
