Disappointing first PMS experience. After the service, I noticed missing bolts on the air filter and my rear signal lights stopped working. I haven’t been to any other shop, so this happened right after the PMS. Another mechanic later checked and told me the rear signal wiring appeared to be interchanged. After it was corrected, the lights worked again. I raised this as feedback, but their response showed a lack of customer service and empathy, saying it’s their SOP not to touch anything unless requested. I understand that, but it doesn’t make sense why my rear signal lights suddenly stopped working after the PMS when no one else touched it. Instead of investigating, seems like they became defensive. Aside from a cold apology about the bolts, there was no effort to understand the situation.

Based on my experience, the staff did not appear to be adequately trained for mechanical work, which made me feel uncomfortable and doubtful about the service. The payment process was also inefficient. We had to wait some time for assistance because the person in charge was reportedly out for the day, and no one else seemed authorized or willing to handle the transaction.
Dri ko nag pa first service sa akoang unit for throttle body cleaning. The day after ko nag pa cleaning dri na shop, ang akoang unit nag taas baba ang menor ug naga ilaw ang check engine sa dashboard. Akoa ge balik akoa unit sa ilang shop, pero ge ingnan rako sa ilang mechanic na si PRINCE the engine master DAW! Na ipa adto daw kog shop na naay diagnostic tool kay ipa recalibrate daw akoang ISC kay wala daw silay tool pang calibrate ug pang delete sa error. Ang akoang unit ge adto nako dri sa ilahang shop walay check engine walay issue. Pag gawas nako sa ilang shop nag ka check engine ug naga hagok na nuon ang idle sa akoang unit. Shout out ko sa inyung BEA BORRES na mechanic dira!
