Don't answer the phone call

It took them more than 2 hours to "print" a contract. For an established company, that is unacceptable. At this time of health crisis, we shouldn't be staying too long in an area where there are other people going in and out. Very bad. I don't wish to transact here again.

Went there because I was told they have good selection. Oh how I regret. Unfortunately service was complete BS even on manager level. Different salespersons gave me different info, manager had her own version and told me that previous information was wrong. Lying and trying to cheat with prices. Went to another Kawasaki dealership - got friendly professional service and noticeably better price + discount. Save your nerves and avoid Motortrade Lapu-Lapu. This is not the business you can expect honesty and customer oriented service.

GOT my honda click 150 from them, I never receive the white plactic with a code along with my key fob..I never got any update from them yet. I tried to contact thier number through google but no one is answering.😡😡😡😠😠😠

I had to wait for almost an hour when paying monthly motorcycle mortgage because their internet connection keeps disconnecting and they do not have the ability to manually create the receipt. This is always the case every time I pay. What a drag!
