EZ MOTOrcycle Parts, Accessories and Repair

Grabe first time ko pumunta dito. Grabe ang taga sa presyo nyo. Ayusin nyo naman pricing ninyo.

Good day. I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the service done on my motorcycle. After your shop worked on my unit, I noticed that there was oil leaking, which prompted me to return the following day for a back job. Unfortunately, the mechanic who originally handled my motorcycle was not available, and a different mechanic attended to it. I was informed that the issue was due to excessive grease applied by the previous mechanic. However, instead of properly cleaning it using appropriate materials such as a CVT cleaner or solvent, the grease was only wiped off with a cloth. I am not convinced that this was sufficient, as grease cannot be fully removed that way. As a result, my motorcycle is still not functioning properly. The belt appears to be slipping, and there is a noticeable loss of power. Despite this, I was charged a high service fee, which I believe does not reflect the quality of work provided. I respectfully request that this issue be properly addressed. I would appreciate a thorough inspection and proper cleaning or repair at no additional cost, or a fair adjustment of the service fee. Thank you, and I hope for your prompt action on this matter.
