JVT M-Power Shop

My parcel was deliberately delayed, and because of that I missed the Shopee discount. It feels like this was done on purpose so I’d be forced to buy at the original price instead. If you don’t want to sell items on sale, then what’s the point of listing them on Shopee promotions at all? This is unfair to buyers and a complete waste of time. I won’t be ordering from this shop again.

I tried to make an inquiry, but the staff were not welcoming at all. The treatment felt different, possibly because of how I was dressed—though I can’t be 100% sure. This shop is known to famous people in malolos, so it makes me wonder if everyone is treated the same way. Customer service should be respectful and consistent regardless of appearance. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered from this store online and was told the parcel was ready for courier pickup. After several days with no shipment, the seller claimed the courier had not picked it up. However, the courier confirmed that no shipment was ever arranged. The seller then stopped responding. This store appears to delay shipments until orders are automatically canceled so you cannot utilize vouchers and discounts thru online shop. Very poor customer service and unethical practices
