YRS Motorcycle Modifications

Overrated. Sobrang mahal ng mga motorcycle parts sa kanila. Imagine sparkplug lang 480 pesos. Nakasimangot pa lage yung mismong owner. Pati yung dalawang mekaniko nakasimangot din. Yung tipong excited ka na pupunta sa shop nila tapos puro naka simangot lahat ng tao dun. See for yourself nalang.

Sobrang mahal ng labor at parts, siguro mga x2 aabutin mo sa normal price range, ang init pa, di naman naka aircon yung store. dito kalang papagawa if emergency, avoid being a regular at all cost.

I went to this shop because known motorcyclists in the industry recommended, including my brother… They may be "known" for their mufflers but what a bad experience working with these guys. What a mess. This bike i had was brand new. 1. I get a price quote from their boss. He was very confident with the bike because they are ambassadors for the bike, even showed me his… 2. I bring the bike over and had him look at it and entrust it with them to be worked on. 3. after a month of no feedback I follow up. Poor communication… so i visit them… i see the boss again and i talk price with him only to be surprised THE PRICE HAS DOUBLED! because he figured it is not easy work on… wow…. because he was recommended by my friend and brother, I didn’t react badly hoping he will do a good job as others say. Boy was i wrong. 4. I was later informed by the boss that my led panel is not working properly and i need to buy a new one… after much back and forth i grr one anyway… and later i find out their electrician screwed up the wiring…. And they still didn’t fix it in the end… 5. After 2 months in the shop (originally was only supposed to take a week) i get it back… after using it for a few times gently, it got all kinds of problems starting and stalling…. Even the casing of their famous muffler broke.

Been here a few times. Their work is a bit pricey but does the job. They're pretty proud of their exhaust work so I wanted to do mine. The big downside is that they have TERRIBLE ONLINE COMMUNICATION. You ask them a question and next thing you know they just ignore you and leave you hanging despite following up. Truly disappointing for me.

Family owned and run. Not a better one-stop motorcycle shop in all of Manila. They know motorcycles. If it can be fixed, they can fix it. From basic maintenance to one-off modifications-YRS is the place to get it done. I would not wast my time and money at another shop.
