Super excellent buying experience! All of the workers were very professional, polite and available. Nice air conditioned waiting room, tv, couches. The buying experience was fast, efficient and professional. Wishing I would have found this place the first time around purchasing. Bring your business here, you won't regret it. Howard H.
After receiving a written offer on a 2021 demo bike based on the 2021 price with a slight discount for being a demo, and accepting the offer via messages in writing, they suddenly stated they would be charging the price of a new 2022 bike with a slight discount. Over 40K more. Can’t trust them to stand by the deals they make. Can’t trust anything else they say either then.
Nice bikes for purchase consideration but know ahead the services are severely overpriced for what you get. Simple annual oil change P8k includes ~P4k labor, wouldn't even follow the Ducati prescribed Shell brand rating nor the service manual checks. Desmo check at 12k kms, P12k. Desmo adjustment at 25k kms, at least P40k.They also lock the ECU down so you're only able to get service with them.
IDC what other people say about Ducati is pricey.. for me is the most sexy bike ever made motorcycle production..
Staffs are very attentive and great customer service
Not recommended at all.
