I drove over from Negros to Mandaue because my check engine light was on. I arrived and realised it was a holiday so the service center was closed and I went to Gud Moto Trading on AC Cortez and the manager understood my delimna and called the mechanic at home and he offered to come in and diagnose the reason the check engine light had come on. The mechanic arrived and identified the issue and cleared it which allowed me to continue riding. What a great team and what great customer service. I found a new dealer ship for my future bike purchases. Thanks again team Gud Moto Trading in Mandaue.

I brought my Kawasaki RS200 2023 to this service center because my check engine light turned on. They ran diagnostics, did NOTHING but a basic reset or refresh, and then had the nerve to charge me ₱1,000 without fixing the real problem. No repairs, no wiring check, NOTHING. Guess what? After barely two months, the same issue came back and this time, my motorcycle wouldn't even start. I went to another shop for a second opinion, and they found the actual issue: moisture in the wiring. They did REAL work rewiring, cleaning, and checking everything properly. After that, the bike finally worked again. This place wasted my time, my money, and nearly left me stranded. If you value your bike and your hard earned cash, go somewhere else. They don’t fix problems they just hide them temporarily and charge you for it. This is the LAST time I'm ever trusting this branch. Shame on you.

I bought a KLX 150 there and they went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. I still have to go there on January 25 to get my registration. Hopefully all goes smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Kawasaki bike.

Nagkuha ko ug motor sa f lamas nga ilang branch, magpa check up unta ko diri kay mao may dool nga branch nila kay lage wala pay rehistro akong motor mag lisud ko ug adto sa branch nga ako gipalitan ug motor, kaso ang ilang mekaniko name na Oliver kay mi decline sa ilang service kay prioritize daw ilang halin!? Willing man ko mubayad sir nihangyo pa gale ko naa bakay bakante sa laing pero dili jd ka dayun e refer napd ko nemus laeng branch ka bastos ba ninyu ui! d

Fantastic service, very accomodating staff and the best mechanic that I've ever talked to. He has been very informative and instructive regarding my Klx, and always willing to educate as well as facilitate.
