Worst customer service ever. I bought a secondhand scooter here. They take forever to give paperwork and they try to make you pay extra for fixers to speed up the process. Took 2 months for them to get the deed of sale to me without the required notary, and they were trying to charge 10% of the sales price (4500 pesos) for the notary absolutely a scam price as should be expected from these scammers. They took 1 month to get the original OR CR, and they were trying to get me to pay 1000+ pesos for the process to be sped up by a fixer. Ridiculous! Bikes are sold as-is condition. They say their mechanics have inspected the bikes and they are in perfect condition, but they are lying and the bikes are not. Do not trust the 3rd party mechanic beside the shop either. If you pay him for an inspection he will like and say the bike is in perfect condition and is working with this Rusi. They will not let you take bikes off site for an outside inspection for a reason. Bring a mechanic if you're buying. But better yet, go anywhere other than here. Skip Rusi altogether and get a Honda or something more reputable and reliable. I've spent over 7000 pesos on repairs and replacements for this "perfect condition bike" since buying it 2 months ago. Not worth it do not recommend.
If you like affordable motorcycles that is good for those who are tight in budget. You just have to take care of your motorcycle, as quality wise not as good as those of big names like Honda.
Good customer service specially to Miss Errah. Not to mention the affordable and reliable motorcycles. The place is just accessible since it's along the road however, it will take you an hour to reach the dealership because of the heavy traffic in Mandaue.
Went there every month just to pay the bills of my younger brother who get 1 rusi motor in Ayungon Oriental.
Cheap motorcycles and you get what you pay for. Your registration takes several months to come out. Your plate number, even longer.
