They (mechanics) get the job done. Just don't expect them to answer much and explain. I understand they're working on multiple things, and it needs to be done fast. Personally, I want to understand what's being done or fixed and clear out any concerns. This is not the place for that. The mechanics would rather just get the job done and would rather prefer not to talk to you (much). It's understandable, but it needs to be said for others to be aware. TLDR. Legit mechanics. Gets the job done. Not so good customer relations service.

I’ve visited this shop on two separate occasions to raise a serious concern regarding the front brake of my motorcycle. Despite explaining the issue clearly, both technicians dismissed it as "normal" without properly addressing or investigating the problem. Out of frustration and concern for my safety, I consulted a third-party technician, who was able to identify and resolve the issue — something that should have been done from the start. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to lose trust in this shop, and I have no intention of returning.
