Yamaha

Good service. Mechanics are knowledgeable in their work. Provides checks, other than what a customer complains about his motorcycle and suggests or recommends fixing. Most spare parts are available except for tires. So far, so good. Will ho back there for another fix and we will see from there. Keep up the good service.

Wants to purchase a brand new 2018 unit. Was sold a 2015 unit with some scratches. Toll them a while to find me the unit I wanted. Was informed the unit is being assembled as ordered. They promised to replace the damaged parts but haven’t done so in months. When the unit was purchased and picked up, I was told it’s a brand new unit and was only given a receipt for the amount paid. The info on unit didn’t come till over a month later shown on the registration. That’s when I realized they gave me a 3 yr old unit and not a current unit. Not replying to texts or emails. Not a trustworthy company.

I had stopped previously sort of typical Filipino shopping experience, however today I was thinking of looking at the bikes currently available and when I went to the door they were closed for lunch. Not listed in the hours online, and again...pretty typical for Filipino stores, but honestly not a good thing. Improve your game a bit and figure out how to keep the doors open for customers who might actually have money to spend.

Ok rman jud unta ang store ang problema badta call center dako down inyu paninglon, nya di mo kamao mo update sa application, di mo text di mo tawag nya mo promise mo nga mo contact mo. Way klaro.

Visited the place for a quick part replacement. Im not sure if the service is really that good since it was only a quick spark plug and break pad replacement.
