If you don't want to experience a stressful and hassle purchase/loan of a motorcycle then avoid any MotoXtress branches at all cost. They promised a release of 30-45 days of ORCR and its already my 42nd day and there is no updated from the branch. No email whatsoever. When asking the sales agent a question, they would not answer you straight and would avoid the topic and blame shifting. Don't want to believe me? We purchased our motorcycle from MotoXpress Meycauayan on May 2, 2025. At the time, we were informed that the registration process would take 30 to 45 days. It’s now been 43 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and we still haven’t received any updates, emails, or progress reports. We’ve made multiple follow-ups with the branch, asking simple questions like when the sales invoice was submitted or when the registration was processed. Unfortunately, all we’re told is that the "registration team handles it," without providing any actual details. We even reached out to LTO in our town (Meycauayan), where the motorcycle was purchased, and they confirmed that there are no records or details of our motorcycle in their system. When we went back to the branch and asked if they had any contact with their registration team, they couldn’t give a single clear answer. In fact, they don’t even know where our documents were submitted. The lack of coordination between the branch and their registration team is seriously disappointing. Is this really the standard process at MotoXpress—to stall until the end of the promised timeline and still fail to provide basic accountability and communication? We are simply asking for transparency, responsible follow-through, and timely updates. As of now, we’re still completely in the dark. What now, MotoXpress?
