Motortrade Alabang Kawasaki Leisure Bikes

Went there for PMS. It was a scheduled one and yung babae parang ayaw magaccomodate. Kept making faces. Mas interested pa makipagkwentuhan sa katabi nya.Bad experience. And ang init pa ng place nila.

Went there for a PMS. Staff was complaining just because the warranty booklet does not have my details written on it. Kinda like we ruined her day just because of the unwritten booklet. Not very professional crew. Mind you we were the only clients back then. Service crew were also unprofessional. No other details provided nor set any expectations of the bike (but he has a checklist for diagnosis). Was charged for 1,500 labor for a simple oil change and oil filter change with no details of the diagnosis. Waste of time, I could've changed the oil of my own motorcycle but was looking for the diagnosis. Not recommended.-0000000000000.1/5

Staff is really nice and the buying experience is great ! They do what they promise in the timeframe that they propose. For the people that want to buy a big bike I strongly recommend to go to visit the showroom 👍👍👍

Smooth transaction and orcr and plate# was released w/in a month lang

I’d like to file a complaint about the Kawasaki branch alabang, the staff here are not customer-friendly, and the cashier keeps sighing and complaining about everything, making the whole experience unpleasant.

Went there to buy a Versys 650. But the salespersons paid no attention to me. So I bought the Versys 650 2021 model from another store.

They say that factory store but they only have parts for big bikes
