Room: We got the family room. It was spacious, clean, and clearly well-maintained. Service: Our food was delivered earlier than expected, before we reached the accommodation. We appreciate how the staff accepted it and turned it over upon our arrival. Also, I was surprised by how quickly they replaced the television in our room because it was not working well. This is also a pet-friendly hotel. Overall: I think the price we paid was okay for what we got in this accommodation. We stayed here during the holidays.

I really like your rooms—they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly, especially Renier and Roldan, who have been exceptionally professional and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome and at home. I would definitely recommend Fans Hotel to others and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience.

Hotel itself is Good for its price. Been here a couple times but be careful not to encounter the newly instated Hotel Manager from "Manila"||Very Rude Hotel Manager, very unprofessional, very arrogrant that He is from Manila and will look down on his clients as if the clients were inferior to him. Will belittle clients advice and treat clients as not knowing persons. Be well dressed because the hotel manager will judge on how you look and treat you on how he will perceive you, specially if you are dressed shabbily. better find another hotel if you have money

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

I would like to sincerely thank you, for this ojt student Roldan, for he's excellent service during my stay at Fans Hotel. From the moment I arrived, he's welcomed us with warm and respectful greetings that made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. Your professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly made a difference in our overall experience. I am deeply grateful for your dedication and the genuine care you showed throughout our stay. Your good service did not go unnoticed, and it made our visit more pleasant and memorable. Keep up the outstanding work!

Warning: Hotel has implemented Price hikes not the same as advertised on Booking.com despite displaying logo. We arrived late to this hotel and were told that their prices had increased to 7000pesos a night, this is despite booking.com showing 4K for the same time period however my wife felt pressured into paying the inflated price. *For comparison the Fili hotel in Nustar resort in Cebu is only 6500pesos a night which is a genuine 5 star hotel. The room, although comfortable, had a few roaches running around probably because the bathroom window was stuck open. WiFi was spotty and the room automatically locking was temperamental. Breakfast was included which is a single plate of food you ‘choose’ the day before, they got my order wrong both days and it was stone cold both mornings. I believe this is possibly because Breakfast appears to be pre-prepared off site and left wrapped in film on the counter until you come down for breakfast. So you are paying a 5 star price for 2 star service. Stay here if you have to but do not pay the extortionate rates, it is not worth the money.
