Very poor customer service. They said I have to tighten and correct the spacer caps on my swing arm, because I had new swing arm bushings done by outside mechanic. Only thing they did was just loosen the axel not on my swing arm. Never had this experience in other Yamaha service center.

Based on experience this dealership has double standard specially when it comes to the downpayment. I was asked to pay 20,000 downpayment while others are just paying 5,000.
