DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Emcor Bestbike Ozamiz EMCOR, Inc. (Official) kung gusto niyo ng USABLE at LEGAL na motorcycle at vehicles. Malas lang talaga kasi sila lang may stock nung Maxima Cargo ng Bajaj Philippines. Panira sa brand. Pfft. More than 1 month, wala pa ring ORIGINAL OR/CR at wala rin daw PLAKA kahit sabi ni Land Transportation Office - Philippines na wala nang backlog. USELESS mga motor niyo kung bibili kayo dito. FULLY PAID BUT DELAYED ang PAGPAPA-REHISTRO. Tapos pag narehistro na, bibigyan lang kayo ng PHOTOCOPY ng OR/CR at WALANG PLAKA. Wala man lang TIMELINE or COMMITMENT kung when makuha ANG PART SA PURCHASE/BINAYARAN MO. Para san ang motor? Para display o kaya ipahuli lang sa LTO? Limot-limot lang ug bungol-bungol ang AFTER-SALES DISSERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Bought mine and my girlfriend's bikes here. Very helpful staff with a nice showroom. They also sell appliances and furniture.
Great employees, Service oriented, very nice & friendly Filipinos.
Do not under any circumstance take your tuk tuk to these people. Just had 4 new tyres supplied and fitted by them today. 3 on tuk and one new spare. The vehicle did not even make it to tudella before 2 tyres went flat due to the tubes been incorrectly fitted. Management would not assist in anyway for there bad work. Had to pay a vulcaniser to repair around the 2 stems . The workmanship is been carried out by backyard unqualified staff. And management do not care about aftersales service. . Keep away from this dealership. . Nothing but thieves and unqualified workers. Against better judgement my partner took her tikkie back to these people to have the constant velocity universal joints on rear axles replaced. 4 weeks latter the axle came out and landed on the road leaving it undrinkable and needing to be towed to them for repair. They did not tighten the bolts up properly. Now today she took back to them for a brake master cylinder replacement. And they did not have brake fluid in stock. She had to go to a garage to get brake fluid. I want to buy a new bajaj for her but if this is the service warranty company for bajaj. I will look at a different brand . As no faith in this company
